Most smartphones in the market do not come with a physical keyboard anymore but there was a time where people were crazy about the qwerty keyboard on the Blackberry. Now that Blackberry seems to be gaining some ground, will we be seeing more smartphones with keyboards from them?
CNET got artist and designer Pierre Cerveau to come out with a rendering of an Android-powered Blackberry with a slider physical keyboard. The artist manage to come out with a device that had curved edge and hiding behind the screen was a QWERTy keyboard and can be slid out when needed. The rendering also showed the camera unit with what looks like speakers on the side.
Since Blackberry has already made the switch to Android, this smartphone will also be running on the Android OS. Check out the rest of the rendering here and tell us if you think QWERTY physical keyboard should be a thing again?
