An employee of Sprint has gone ahead and leaked multiple training videos for the upcoming Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3. The Samsung Galaxy S3 as we know was launched last month overseas and the international model boasts a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED screen and quad core processor, with 8 megapixel camera and 1GB of RAM. The phone gained a great deal of interest and was said to be the most pre-ordered Android mobile of 2012.
Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 training video shows TecTiles in action
Now earlier today, 15 training videos showing how to use the Samsung Galaxy S3 were found leaked online. Apparently the videos were authored by a Sprint customer service representative. A spokesman for Samsung said that the videos were not associated with the company and Samsung never makes comment on speculations or rumors.
Nevertheless, in the videos we see features such as S Beam and the zero shutter lag demonstrated. They also show on the Direct Call feature works which allows you pick up the phone at the same time as texting to dial the person you are messaging.
However what is really interesting and something we haven’t seen before was in one of the demos it shows a feature called TecTiles which are NFC enabled stickers allowing you to tap the phone against them which then performs pre-set functions. The TecTile stickers shown in the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 video demo is used around the house to access the functions pre-programmed simply by tapping the phone on the sticker. From everything like turning off Wi-Fi when you sit in your car and tap the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 against a TecTile sticker, to turning off Voice Control when you tap it entering your home. We can’t wait to see what else the Samsung Galaxy S3 TecTiles are capable of. Check out the video below.
