Good news folks, the Verizon HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE signage for this exciting new release has been sent to a few Verizon stores this past weekend. Very sadly, the signage does not display mention of the specific release date, which is a disappointment to all of us who can’t wait to see this device in the flesh.

However, DroidLife has sources which have informed them that 21st June is being targeted by Big Red for the device which is a non-One series phone. However until we have an official public statement from Verizon, we do not want to get too excited as none of the rumors are guaranteed,
Just so you all know what we are referring to, we heard about the Incredible 4G LTE on an announcement by VZW on the 7th May 2012 at CTIA. This was in New Orleans, and the most specific they got was saying that the device would be released in the “coming weeks”. We are still waiting over a month after this announcement, and Verizon are still keeping shut on the matter.
One reason is that they could be delaying because of the hotly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3 which is due to hit the market by the end of June 2012, or alternatively there may be problems with the device itself. Usually Verizon is very specific and open about their release date schedules, so they must have a good reason to be keeping quiet. However it is exciting and promising that signage is being sent to stores as it makes the Verizon HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE now appear that much closer to release.
