The latest Apple iPhone 5S is touted as the finest device that Apple has ever produced. It is sleek, stylish, simple and powerful at the same time. Now, the iPhone 5S faces a strong rival and it is known as the Xiaomi Mi 4.
Both devices are two different smartphones. The iPhone 5S runs on the Apple iOS 7 while the Mi 4 operates on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform. The former is powered by Apple’s 1.3GHz dual-core A7 Cyclone processor with 2GB RAM while the latter runs on the ultra-fast 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with a whooping 3GB of RAM.
In terms of display, the Xiaomi Mi 4 has a larger 5” 1080p display, which is also sharper than the iPhone 5S’ 4” Retina display. The former runs at 441ppi while the latter only has 326ppi to offer.
Even on cameras, the Xiaomi Mi 4 outperform the Apple iPhone 5S. It has a 13MP rear and 8MP front shooters that are far better than the 8MP rear and 1.5MP front cameras on the iPhone 5S. The fact that the Mi 4 also supports microSD storage also confirms its victory over the iPhone 5S.
