Ever Since NAUGHTY DOG announced the coming of Uncharted 4, fans of the franchise have been on overdrive. The game developer has been guilty of teasing the fans with information on the upcoming 4th sequel.
The latest to be revealed about the game is its technical element. Lead programmer, Jason Gregory revealed that the 8GB GDDR5 RAM on the PS4 might be huge but when creating Unchartered 4, it quickly fills up.
From another angle, this seems a little worrying for both game developers and fans as Sony utilize 3GB for its system. This will leave only 5GB for Naughty Dog to enjoy so they have to be thrifty.
As for the PS4’s GPU, Jason revealed that it is more than enough to produce 1080p graphics at 60hz.
All in all, the lead programmer failed to go into specifics of Unchartered 4. However, with the lad praising the PS4 hardwares, this upcoming fourth title certainly looks promising.
