Popular US retailer, Target, was clearing out the Apple iPad Air and iPad Mini off its inventory. A promotion was held which sees both slates from Apple on 10% discount.
The deal ended on 15 March and consumers were informed of it via their email. The message reads,
“10 percent savings at time of purchase when using the Cartwheel App in stores. Offer Valid on iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display only. The offer can be combined with other offers and can be used independently of trade-in.”
It seems that consumers have to make their purchase via the Cartwheel app which is available on Apple’s App Store for free. Utilizing this app will also offer plenty of savings on other Apple related products. The discount is ranging from 5% to 50% off the price of the products.
Upon confirmation of the purchase, Cartwheel users will get a bar code which will be applied to enjoy the discounts.
This app from the retailer has just been updated last months and it now has a better UI and UX. There is also a push notification added and some performance improvements.
