Both the Aston Martin DB11 and Aston Martin DB9 are impressive in their own right but with all the upgrades the Aston Martin DB11 received, let’s see how much better the newer model really is.
The Aston Martin DB9 comes in with a 6.0-liter non-turbo V12 engine that delivers about 517hp and will be able to go from 0-62mph in 4.9seconds with a top speed of 183mph. The DB9 is estimated to return about 18.2mpg with a CO2 emission rate for 324g/km. The Aston Martin DB9 retails for £131,995.
The new Aston Martin DB11, on the other hand, comes in with a 5.2liter twin turbocharged V12 engine that will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission and will be delivering about 600hp. The Aston Martin DB11 will be able to go from 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 200mph. The DB11 should be returning about 24mpg on average with a CO2 emission rate of 270g/km. The new Aston Marton DB11 will retail for £154,900.
