Two new tablets are expected to come from Apple in the near future and they are the iPad Mini 3 and the iPad Air 2. It seems that the arrival of these slates is going to be very soon from now. This is after more retailers are spotted clearing their old iPad inventory in a bid to make room for the new one.
H.H.Gregg is letting go of its 16GB Wi-Fi iPad Air for only $459.99. This is $40 less than the original price. As for the 32GB and 64GB versions, they are priced at $559 and $659.99 respectively.
Then there is the iPad Mini. The shop is offering $20 discount to this device. Consumers can get the 16GB of the 2012 iPad Mini for $279.99 instead of $299.99.
Over at BestBuy, the mega retailer is offering $100 in discount for the iPads. The iPad Mini with retina display can now be purchased for $429.99 instead of $529.99. On the other hand, the $629.99 price tag on the iPad Air cellular model has now shrunk to $529.99.
The downside is that purchasing at BestBuy will attach the consumer with a 2 year contract from any major carrier in the US.
If you are the sort who just need the cheapest iPad around, then you can head down to the nearest Apple Store as the iPad maker is selling away refurbished tablets. The quality will be rebuilt despite it being a second hand. Apple will replace the battery and casing of the device making it feel like new. The refurbished iPad Air 16 GB Wi-FI costs $420 and $510 for the 32GB models.
The door is certainly opening for the future iPad Mini 3 and iPad Air 2. Looking at their past releases, it is safe to assume that both slates will debut later this year.
