News, rumours or leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S5 are always headlines, but a recent report suggests that the flagship handset may arrive with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini and S5 Zoom.
Analysts have predicted that Samsung could release different variations and we know that Samsung does like to diversify their products, even with several choices they have managed to gain good market shares. This year Samsung could try to replicate the success with the Samsung Galaxy S5 release along with other variations.
Samsung launched several tablets at the CES this year while sources said that they plan on revealing a large number of devices at the MWC in February. There was a rumour going around that Samsung would launch the Samsung Galaxy S5 in two different variations.
Samsung may launch the Samsung Galaxy S5 in a higher end and mid-range model so as to extend the Galaxy S5 to a range of different markets. Bloomberg said that the device would be released mid-March to April so as to follow a similar timeline to the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Specs that have been leaked are said to include a 5.25 inch display offering a resolution of 2560 x 1440, the handset could have support for LTE and the Exynos 6 processor and it could have KitKat 4.4 installed. Sources have confirmed two Samsung Galaxy S5s this year along with news that Samsung will hold an event away from the MWC. Samsung have not confirmed this.
Reports have also been going around online that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will have an AMOLED display as it was said that Samsung have been producing them in mass demand before the expected release. The Samsung Galaxy S5 could arrive 5 or 6 months in front of the Apple iPhone 6. This would give Samsung an advantage over Apple in the market.
