While we have to admit that Capcom seems to have managed to create a great new horror game, it does not feel like they have created a great Resident Evil 7 game.
The new Resident Evil 7 has got all the things that make it a great horror game. Suspense, gore, horror and more but it does not feel like a Resident Evil 7 game. Most people would describe it as a P.T and Outlast clone with the first person view and all.
That is why so many original Resident Evil fans are not too enthusiastic about the game. A lot of them feel like Capcom has turned the game into a whole other game. Of course, that does not mean that Resident Evil 7 is going to be a bad game but it might not be the best Resident Evil game.
We will have to wait until the game arrives next year to see how their old fans response to the new game. What do you think of the Resident Evil 7 so far?
