Rockstar has released lots of successful games, like GTA, Bully and Red Dead Redemption. Through these games the company has built up a huge and enviable fanbase.
We’ve had GTA 5 just recently, so now Rockstar is planning its next big move, but we don’t know what this might be yet. Take Two’s CEO said the company is working on something big, and is thinking about turning some titles into permanent franchises.
We may, then, see Red Dead Redemption 2 or Bully 2. Red Dead Redemption was a best-seller, so a second episode wouldn’t be a surprise. This game is set in the Wild West and features very open play, like GTA.
Bully 2 is being considered said Zelnick and said that this could fill an open slot at Rockstar Vancouver. This is the team who was behind the Max Payne trilogy and they are currently in talks with the developer about Bully 2.
Rockstar and TakeTwo are one of the most successful tag teams for developing games and fans have little doubt that the next game will be a hit.
