Pokemon X & Y: Global Link Downtime Has Pokebank Release Speculations Kick Off Again

The Pokemon X & Y community has experienced a series of disappointments. The much-anticipated Pokebank is still pending for a release. What started as an excitement, turns into frown on each and every faces.

The Pokebank is one of the most wanted feature that enable players to save their Pokemon on cloud storage and bring previous-gen Pokemon to the X & Y game. It was initially scheduled to arrive late December last year. However, the overwhelming traffic caused the eShop to crash resulting in Nintendo to delay the Pokebank’s launch.

At the moment, the game developer is still working hard to restore everything back to its original state and are attempting to stabilize the Pokebank to prevent a repeated error. It is taking too long now and the hype are beginning to subside.

This isn’t the case any longer. A Redditor revealed that the Global Link is down which appears to hint on the Pokebank’s coming. Such an announcement killed the silence and speculations on the Pokebank’s release date resumes.

Many fans contributed their theories on the matter. As for majority of them, they believe that this is just some wishful thinking. The fans are not expecting the Pokebank to be coming any time this month. It is amazing on how this crop of fans are able to stay patient and wait for the most wanted service to debut.

If it is not the PokeBank, what could it be? Fans revealed that the Global Link is taken down to path way for the new Global Link. There is nothing more to it.

If this is true, then the Pokebank is definitely delayed for an unknown duration of time.
