New Pokebank Users Find Free Celebi Isn’t An Easy Catch

Nintendo have finally re-launched Pokebank after a long wait and gamers can now get hold of it over at the eShop in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

When Nintendo launched Pokebank it arrived with a bit of a surprise. People thought that the first people to get it would be North America, after Japan of course. However it seems not as the rest of the world has got it first.

Gamers in North American could only sit back and watch as gamers in Europe received Pokebank. Along with this Nintendo gave away a Celebi pokebank to make up for all the issues they caused when the servers went down. But it seems that this isn’t as easy as first seemed to get it and the whole process can be somewhat tedious.

Players who want the free Pokemon will have to start Pokebank and choose 100 Pokemiles/10BP. The Pokebank then has to be exited and gamers need to run Pokemon X & Y and claim their choice. Go back to the bank and Brigette will then talk with you about the Celebi. You then need to close Pokebank and play Pokemon X & Y again and then claim the free Celebi.

At the moment it is not known when North America will get Pokebank, however it should not be too far away.
