The annual SEMA auto show has returned yesterday in Las Vegas and it played host to a number of interesting concepts, mostly tuned with outrageous specifications. Mercedes-Benz, on the other hand, showed off something real and it is a van that is known as the Metris.
The vehicle is also called the Vito but here in North America, it is badged as the Metris. In total, 4 different concepts of the latter was showed off in Las Vegas.
The Metris has two forms. One is built for commercial purposes while the other is built to accommodate passengers. Also, Mercedes revealed that the Metris will be making its full debut in the fall of next year.
The German carmaker described the Metris as something that is unmatched in versatility and safety, while also being very generous with offering space. In addition to that, the Metris will come with an optional 4×4 driving system, Crosswing assist and 20,000 miles of servicing intervals.
