It is no secret that a Mass Effect 4 title is in the making. Game developer Bioware was loud indeed when the company confirms that Mass Effect 4 is in creation.
As for the huge Mass Effect community, they are indeed excited over this news. The fans have been going into overdrive, making Mass Effect 4 the subject of most games discussion across the blogosphere.
At the moment, the trend among the fans is to re-play the entire trilogy before starting on Mass Effect 4. Many retailers were quick to jump in the wagon and start selling off the entire Mass Effect trilogy.
One of the best deals got spotted at Gamefly’s website selling off the entire trilogy at only $39.99. That translates to less than $14 per title. Fans who are looking for a bargain should take this offer while it last.
On the other hand, there has been much debate in the community suggesting that the save file can influence how Mass Effect 4 will turn out to be. This has been the case back during the transition from Mass Effect 2 to Mass Effect 3.
The fans should not worry as re-playing the Mass Effect trilogy won’t cause much of a loss. If the rumours surrounding the save file transfer is true, then simply get a PC copy of Mass Effect 4 when it comes for a release as it will no doubt be available on computers. Of course if you plan on jumping on the PS4 and Xbox One wagon then you better hope that when ME4 does come out and there is a need to do a save file transfer from the previous titles then that the trilogy will be available at a bargain for the new consoles.
The fourth sequel to the entire Mass Effect franchise is going to offer a whole new storyline, surrounding a new protagonist. This is following Bioware’s announcement that Shepard won’t be part of Mass Effect 4. The character died along with the story in the first trilogy.
Mass Effect 4 will be a total mystery and the fans are about to get the surprise of a lifetime. The year is 2014 and we will definitely see Mass Effect 4 debuting very soon.
