There is no denying that the Kingdom Hearts series is among the best gaming franchise ever. During Sony’s E3 press conference last June, Square Enix caught the world by surprise when it announces the development of Kingdom Hearts 3.
Ever since then, the game developer has been teasing the fans on many occasions. We have compiled every official announcement regarding Kingdom Hearts 3 and here is what coming into this highly anticipated game.
Tetsuya Nomura once revealed that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be the follow up to Dream Drop Distance and the Darks Seeker saga’s curtain call. More importantly, Kingdom Hearts 3 will look to maintain the traditional gameplay as how it was with the first two titles. Of course, Kingdom Hearts 3 will also get all the great features from the filler games.
Aside from that, Disney characters will be getting some improvements as well. Both Goofy and Donald’s AI will go in depth with the character so as they will act more like themselves. On another note, Kingdom Hearts 3 will be added by a host of new worlds from Disney this time round since it is going to be the biggest Kingdom Hearts title yet.
Finally, the gameplay will be much improved on with Sora getting more mobility unlike how it was with the predecessors. This is called the ‘free run’ action.
All in all, Kingdom Hearts 3 has a huge potential to it and is expected to shake the world when it debuts. As the development progress consistently, fans can expect this mega title to arrive in 2015.
