Kingdom Hearts 3 is the next big game to come from Square Enix and the huge Kingdom Hearts fan base can’t wait to see the title making its debut. On the other hand, there has been a lot of confusion involving Kingdom Hearts 3’s release date.
It was initially believed that Kingdom Hearts 3 is to arrive this year and this claim was backed up by Goofy’s voice actor, Bill Farmer.
However, recent reveals by Square Enix suggests that Kingdom Hearts 3 will only be ready in 2016 next year as they have got their hands full with Final Fantasy XV’s production and Kingdom Hearts 3’s Unreal 4 integration. Just to be safe, it is best to assume the game to come next year.
Then, there are the rumours that are indicating that Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to feature a multiplayer online mode. While this may be very rare to come from an MMORPG title, a job vacancy at Square Enix hints that an MMO mode will be introduced in Kingdom Hearts 3.
In detail, Square Enix is looking for a gaming engineer that will be placed in charge of general technical assistance with a strong background in construction duties for a shader on the game engine for online games.
While the above still requires more clarity and confirmation from Square Enix, Kingdom Hearts 3 will no doubt be immense when released. Of course, the upcoming sequel won’t be the end of things and there will be Kingdom Hearts 4 coming in the future. This has already been confirmed by the game developer.
