The Nexus 5 came out last year, so we can safely compare it with its rivals now.
You need to remember that the Nexus 5 is Google’s latest flagship device, and as such it showcases all the new features that the company plans to give to the world in 2014. When the Nexus One came out it made the competition look a bit dated, and subsequent versions have all stayed ahead of the flock, bringing things like NFC. The Nexus 5 has KitKat, which is a distinct advantage.
The OS isn’t all there is to it, though. The Nexus 5 has brilliant hardware, a great camera and solid chips. It’s also priced really well, which doesn’t hurt! MobileBurn tested it against its rivals, the iPhone 5S, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and S4, the Moto X, the HTC one and the LG G2.
This handset is definitely worth having a look at – you’ll either love it or hate it, there’s no indifference to the Nexus 5.
