Apple Mail users on the iPhone have been living in frustration for quite a long time now. This is due to some issues, where the push mail functions kept on failing to work. This is until recently, when the Apple Mail got updated to version 10.10.
However, the fix will have to be manually applied by the user. The Apple Mail still do not welcome any new mails even when checking the auto-check button. Users can get over this by clicking on the “get mail” button and every pending mail will arrive instantaneously.
While it might not be a straightforward fix, this is something that users really need. Previously, they have to exit the app entirely and re-open to allow the mail to be rebuilt.
It is unsure on what sort of bug has been causing the problem but with a temporary solution, it won’t be frustrating for the users any longer. Of course, they still hope for it to be fixed entirely in the next update.
