There have been a lot of signs pointing to the fact that Half Life 3 will be revealed at the E3 2016 and Gabe Newell didn’t deny it.
Gabe Newell of course is the brains and the co-founder being the Half Life series of games and he was seen at an interview recently talking about the fact that Half Life 3 isn’t being developed right now and it’s not coming anytime in the near future. This is nothing new of course.
However there is something positive that can be taken from his words in that he didn’t say that Half Life 3 isn’t coming. Right now we just don’t know how long he means by “not coming anytime in the near future”.
So if Half Life 3 isn’t being produced right now perhaps development of the game is going to start after the game is announced at the E3.
