If you’re a Half Life fan waiting for Half Life 3, then you should check out 499KR’s website as they have just listed Half Life 3 on their inventory. While it might be yet another placeholder, there is a chance for the Swedish online retailer to be right.
Of course, you are probably taking this with a pinch of salt. After all, what are the odds for a Swedish company to know more about Half Life 3 than our local American or global retailers? Then again, 499KR might know something others don’t so it is best to keep the hopes up. After being put through a decade long wait, you have nothing to lose.
The ad simply implies that Half Life 3 will be coming out this year, even though game developer Valve has yet to mention anything official on the matter. However, no specific dates were mentioned by 499KR so nobody has a clue on when exactly Half Life 3 will be available.
On the other hand, the ad could also be a hoax just to pull web traffic. It seems that only time will tell if 499KR is right or wrong.
