After waiting more than a decade for Half Life 3, fans are getting restless and are looking every way to keep the hopes alive. For some of the fans, they have snapped and are demanding Valve to address Half Life 3.
The small handful of fans said that if Valve continues to hide Half Life 3, then they would start a petition for Half Life 3 to get produced by a third party developer.
The remarks made by the minority of the fans simply provoke the anger of the entire Half Life community. For the strong majority, they don’t mind the eternal wait as long as it is Valve that produces Half Life 3.
This is because Half Life 3 has the pedigree to become the best game in history and the honour is for Valve and Valve alone. Besides, having a third party producer developing Half Life 3 carries a huge risk of destroying the legacy Valve has created with the Half Life series. Surely this is something no fans want.
