Following the release of the 1.09 update by Rockstar, GTA Online has been restored to its original state. The hackers are all apprehended by the game developer and the hacked billions of GTA Dollars are all confiscated as well.
Some players are unhappy to see their money unfairly deducted. At first, it was thought that the bank account will be based on the period before the players received the unlimited money. However, it turns out that any purchases made with the hacked money will be charged accordingly.
These players are clearly hurt bu this as they’ve relied on microtransactions and felt that they’ve lost their real money. Despite that fact, Rockstar revealed that any GTA Dollars coming from Shark cards will not be touched. This is important as a $200 Shark Card is equivalent to GTA$12.5.
If it is still missing, players don’t have to worry as they can simply file a claim with Rockstar Support. The game developer customer service team will certainly offer the player assistance and help out restore the lost amount of GTA Dollars.
Amidst this peaceful period, players have returned to grinding for their wealth. The only thing they are hoping for is more new contents to come to GTA Online. That way, the hardship of grinding will certainly come to an end.
