It has been a long while since GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 were treated to a new DLC and this is expected to change soon. This is suggested by a hacker, who has just made a new discovery after running through GTA 5’s source codes.
The lad revealed that he found the file ‘main_ZMB’, which is believed to be a placeholder for a future DLC. The hacker indicated that the ‘ZMB’ basically stands for zombie and it hints on the undead to make an entry in GTA 5.
If so, then it won’t be the first time Rockstar has produced a zombie-themed DLC. They have already introduced something similar for their other AAA title, Red Dead Redemption. Besides, it is the GTA 5 community that has been crying for Rockstar to launch an apocalypse-based DLC for the game.
As exciting as it sounds, it is unfortunate that nobody knows on when the zombie DLC will make its debut in GTA 5. Regardless, the hacker has got a great track record with his discoveries so there is no need to take the above with a pinch of salt.
