Game developer Rockstar might have kept their lips sealed when it comes to GTA 5 for the PC. As time goes by, the cat begins to walk itself out of the bag. There has been much talk on when a PC version for GTA 5 is going to get released.
We have seen leaks revealing a PC configuration setting in the Xbox 360 version of the game and many theories on when GTA 5 will come for a release. The latest came from internet retailer, Amazon.
Sixth Axis claims that Amazon employees suggest PC GTA 5 will look to arrive by end of February or early March. It is not just one staff that did the talking. Several random staffs were approached and all of them gave a similar statement. Could their employer revealed anything to them? For all we know, Amazon is always among the first few retailers to get actual information from Rockstar itself.
It is not just Amazon that claims PC GTA 5 to arrive before April. Popular gaming site, Eurogamer, also revealed the game will come in the first quarter 2014.
This seems to be logical. Based on previous release pattern, the PC is always last to receive a GTA game. It is impossible to think that Rockstar wants to neglect the PC community.
The PC platform has signed an online petition which calls for Rockstar to release a PC version of GTA 5. The numbers accumulated to 600,000 which translate to a lot of money for the game developer.
From the looks of it, we can definitely expect a PC GTA 5 coming in a matter of months. Even though there is no official word from Rockstar, the idea of losing out 600 000 customers in sales is ridiculous.
