Just a month ago, the GTA community was anticipating a DLC which will add in heist missions into GTA 5′s multiplayer mode. The plan got diverted and delayed since an invasion of hackers occurred in GTA Online.
It was only a week ago when Rockstar responded and forced these hackers out of public servers. The culprits are now apprehended in a cheater’s lobby where they will be banned from joining the normal servers. So now what for GTA Online?
Rockstar revealed that they are securing GTA Online and until that is done, then they will return to developing DLCs. The heist missions were strongly anticipated to arrive this month but that date got ruined thanks to some players who are lazy to do some grinding.
At the moment, Rockstar has yet to reveal any release date for the next DLC. The honest folks are not at all happy with the delay. They have been playing the game legitimately only to find something, that can probably be the best source of income, getting delayed.
It is true that the payout for re-played missions are poor. Despite that fact, the honest population has been patiently grinding until a heist DLC arrive. Unlike the cheaters, these gamers experienced that accomplishment feel every time they achieved something.
As of today, there is a sharp decline in the number of hackers present in GTA Online. Fans are hoping for this to be sorted out quickly by Rockstar so that the game developer can start focusing on DLCs.
