GTA 5 Online Battle Ends With Hacker Threats On Sony’s PS4 Servers

People generally play games as fun for enjoyment but it seems that some people get a little too carried away. More so when the game is GTA Online, playing GTA Online is different from playing GTA 5 as it involves real people and not just AI. It seems that you can not only make friends, but also enemies.

This has come to light after a player with the name of Greenawald08 harassed and threatened a Redditor with the name of BuckQFiatch. At the moment we don’t have any idea as to how this could have happened but it was said that the hacker got hold of the victim’s username and password and said they would shut down his account. BuckQFiatch said that he reported this to Sony and made changes to his password.

This type of harassment is termed e-thugging or cyber bullying. You can never know who you are talking to online. Not everyone is a hacker of course and usually people don’t want to go to the effort of doing what this hacker did.

Players may not want to get too involved in the game as emotions can rocket sky high when playing. If more of the same happens then Rockstar will have to do something.

GTA 5 along with GTA 5 Online was the biggest game of 2013. The storyline has ensured the game has been a huge success along with the multi-player gameplay. GTA will always have controversy surrounding it and gamers should know better than to imitate the game in real life.
