Rockstar has turned its GTA Online community into game developers. The company had previously announced on the coming of a content creator which will allow players to create their own missions and share them with the public.
The tools that are rolling out are actually used by Rockstar themselves when it comes to creating mini missions in GTA Online. Today, gamers will get a better view of it since screenshots of the feature has found its way into GTAForums.
One of the images uploaded revealed that gamers can toggle between player versus players and co-op players. On top of that, there can be teams and the number of lives too can be fixed. The community’s biggest worry is probably with the RP points. The content creator tool can definitely ruin the game if one uses it to exploit RP points.
Aside from that, it is considered a massive addition to the already great GTA Online. After carefully examining the screenshots, the content creator tool will open the doors to countless possibilities. It somehow looks like heist missions can be made as well.
Players can select the location, mission type, objectives, SMS and many more. These feats will result in many great fan-made missions coming to GTA Online and some might even be as close as being a heist.
Fans have been calling for heist missions to be added in GTA Online only to see it delayed for many times now. With the Content Creator out and running, it should keep the fans busy while Rockstar work on their magic in giving the fans a superb heist experience.
Other than heists, players can create survival missions which can be set in all those creepy places like Mount Chilliad. This too can evolve into creating a zombie content and also aliens. At the moment, fans are busy in materializing all their ideas. Most players agree that everything will be ruined if an underage teen abuse the content creator.
