Apple had just rolled out the iOS 7.1 update and now rumours are revealing that a jailbreak for this latest OS has been released. This came as a surprise to the iPhone community as it wasn’t that long ago when the untethered iOS 7 was released.
This rumoured jailbreak appears to be true and users can get it at 7jailbreak.com. The iOS 7.1 jailbreak is quoted to be the works of Joshua Hill, aka POsixninja. However, the famous hacker that has been part of previous jailbreaks insisted that the untethered iOS 7.1 is a hoax and warned the fans against downloading it.
Whenever an individual downloaded the proclaimed iOS 7.1 jailbreak, an application will be downloaded instead. The app will spam many ads to the users and is a way for the scammer to make money.
If there is to be the iOS 7.1 jailbreak, it should be available months from now. Well known hacker, Evad3rs immediately revealed that they won’t be working on the untethered 7.1 and will make a return once iOS 8 is out.
On the other hand, there is Pod2g who teased the fans that he might look to create the jailbreak. The lad continued that it will only happen if he is bored and have plenty of time to spare.
