One of the best sources to predict what is coming to GTA 5 is the game itself. We might not know what kind of content will be added to the game in the future but going to Ammu-Nation can give us a hint on what the players can expect coming to GTA 5.
Before the Beach Bum pack got released, there were a lot of empty slots in the game’s gun shop. It is pretty obvious since Ammu-Nation often displays their products by hanging each weapon on two pegs. Right after Beach Bum got rolled out, the new weapons made its way to the wall hanger in the shop.
Based on this theory, the folks over at DLC Central deduce that players can anticipate future DLCs to add in 6 new weapons to GTA 5’s arsenal. Of course, this is after calculating the existing weapons which includes the Assault SMG from Rockstar Social Club, the Pistol .50, Bullpup Shotgun and the trusty hammer from the Special Edition of GTA 5.
It is quite a logical discovery and there is no need to take this one with a pinch of salt. The only way this theory can change is if Rockstar re-design Ammu-Nation’s interior which seems unlikely.
