Apple is about to update the Apple Map and it will see the application coming with a brand new feature. The feature will basically allow the Apple Map to offer a driving route that offers the best mobile internet connection.
Apple revealed that they have developed an algorithm that will allow the Apple Map to study the network signal throughout the journey before plotting a route that offers the best signal around.
Apple added that such a feature will be offered alongside the usual GPS routing options and it will enhance the Apple Map experience for iPhone and iPad users that pairs their device to the car’s infotainment system.
With such a feature, iPhone and iPad users will not have to worry about being disconnected at all. However, there is a catch to this and it is that the travel distance to a destination might be longer than average.
