It was said that Google went back to the drawing board in regards to Android and web apps, leaked photos came out last week and these showed how Android 4.5 might look.
Google could be set to standardise Android icons or make them look more like web icons.
We also heard that Android 4.5 Lollipop could show off the HTML5 interface along with Chrome and search integration. Android 4.5 could unify Chrome, Android and search.
The user interface is said to have been revamped and Google may have been experimenting with Project Hera, this is “essentially represented Google’s effort to unify the experience users have in Android, Chrome, and Search all on your Android-powered device.”
The new interface would be HTML 5 style, which means that actions could be run without the need to fully open up the apps. Project Hera also allows for easier integration between search and Chrome.
It has been said that the next generation of Android could offer support for graphics and processor chipsets, along with support for the 64 bit processor, higher RAM, expanded software drivers, defragmentation, 512MB RAM support for KitKat and improvements to the software of the camera.
Rumours have it that video and audio experience are improved, better multitasking, gaming experience, battery life and performance, usable services and apps, smoother user experience, microSD card writing support and firmware for older handsets.
