Players will be put in an open world New York City as they fight off the villains in the vicinity. Those who have played the first title in the franchise should be familiar with all the mechanism in the game. Of course, Amazing Spiderman 2 brings with it plenty of new things for players to try on.
In this latest instalment, players roam around the city to search for Ben Parker’s killer. The investigation will lead Spiderman to engage notorious mafia, the Kingpin.
The natural web of Spiderman can also be boosted with modern day technology. There is a chemical aspect of the game which can create web shots that explodes on impact. Other powers include a web that freezes the enemy and many more. There is also many Spidey suits for players to try on.
Of course, being the friendly neighbourhood hero has its consequences. Activision introduced a Hero or Menace system where Spiderman can be evil as well.
I don’t want to spoil anything for you but if you wish to be a one of a kind hero, then there is no wrong to getting the Amazing Spiderman 2 game. It cost $59.99 for the 9.9GB Xbox One version and $49.99 for the 6.5GB Xbox 360 version.
