Fallout 4 Invitation Email Leak Reaches Pete Hines, Responds On Twitter

Yesterday, we saw a small spark of hype being revived in the hearts of Fallout 4 fans. This is after an invitation email from Bethesda got sent to its fans calling them to be on the game developer’s website and/or blog as there will be a major announcement.

The email got leaked on the internet sparking a series of discussion across the gaming blogosphere. The idea for it to be Fallout 4 was avoided by the huge fan-base. This is due to the hoax website which has successfully fooled the entire Fallout community a month ago.

As for the email, it managed to found its way to Bethesda’s vice-president, Peter Hines. The big man from Bethesda immediately warns the fans not to believe the email and confirms it to be yet another hoax. The announcement was made via Peter’s Twitter account.

Fans are relieved that Bethesda was quick to warn them before things got out of hand. However, some are still sceptical as the email address is an official one from Bethesda. Some suggest that the screenshot was perfectly edited.

The Fallout franchise is one of the best gaming series around and fans would really love a fourth sequel to be released. Even though nothing is announced from Bethesda, Fallout 4 is already on the wishlist for millions of gamers.
