The US Pokemon community are not at all happy as news regarding the PokeBank continues to remain stagnant. The much-anticipated service that allows player to store Pokemon on cloud storage has been the topic discussion across the gaming blogosphere.
The PokeBank was initially released a couple of weeks back. However, the launch caused Nintendo’s eShop servers to crash due to overwhelming traffic. To avoid further mess, it is only right for the game developer to take out the PokeBank and ensure all platforms are ready before releasing it.
Nintendo has been very apologetic on the matter. It is very rare to see the game developer making a major mistake. The fans fully understood the entire issue and have remained patient ever since.
It didn’t take long for that patience to crumble. The US Pokemon population are now voicing out their anger towards Nintendo for keeping things quiet. The very least Nintendo could do is allow fans to keep track of PokeBank’s progress.
The service has already been released in Japan and the US Pokemon enthusiasts dislike the idea of falling behind their Japanese counterparts.
As of this moment, Nintendo is running the final set of tests. Until everything is settled, don’t expect the PokeBank to be released.
