The Toyota Prius has always been one of the best models in the market when it comes fuel saving and being green. The 2016 Toyota Prius might not look the best but it does come in with an improve fuel economy. How will it fare against the Chevrolet Volt?
The Toyota Prius will be coming in with a 4 cylinder hybrid engine that will be returning about 54mpg in the city and 50mpg on the highway. Toyota is also offering a Toyota Prius Eco model which will return about 58mpg in the city and 53mpg on the highway.
So what about the Chevrolet Volt? The Volt will be able to return about 53miles on electric alone. Those looking to go a little further and fill the Volt up with gasoline which will give them a combination of 106mpg.
Not only is the Chevrolet Volt more fuel efficient but we prefer the design of the Volt over the new Prius. What do you think?
