It was an exciting day for the fans when Bethesda announced that they will be offering the doing a complete overhaul of the Survival Mode but nobody knew what Bethesda had in mind.
More detail later surfaced online when a Reddit user managed to dig out some game files and reveal details on what the new Survival Mode will be offering. However since it was from Reddit, not everybody was prepared to believe yet.
Bethesda has now stepped out to confirm that the info provided by the Reddit user is real although they are still working on the Mode so it might not be the same when they are done with it.
It as revealed that Bethesda will be making some changes to the combat system of the game. Combat will be more lethal now according to the notes. They will also be disabling the manual and quicksaving features and players will now need to find a bed and sleep for an hour or more to save the game.
