It is going to be another year before we get to see the Honda Civic Type R in production. On the plus side we have seen the Type R concept. Honda said that when the production version arrives it will be very much like the concept version.
The concept was taken to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium by Honda. They showcased it to 200 drivers of the Type R and allowed them to take their cars round the track. Many drivers were in agreement that the concept was stunning and many said that they wanted Honda to stick with the concept for the production.
Honda also bragged about the Honda Civic Type R being the fastest car with front wheel drive to go round the Nurburgring, the car is expected to make its way out in 2015.
