We were used to waiting for games to arrives months or a year after the game is announced so it came as a nice surprise when Fallout 4 arrived soon after it was announced. Can we expect the same to happen with the next Elder Scrolls game?
Well, according to Todd Howard who talked to GameSpot in an interview recently, he mentioned that he likes the short released window but added that they could do it with Fallout 4 because of how popular the franchise it.
With the amount of fans the Elder Scroll series has, we would not be surprised if they pull the same trick on us one more time. He said that announcing the game too earlier would only make fans anxious because they won’t have the answer to most of the question since the game is not ready yet.
He added that it is better to announce when they are close to completing the game so that they have a more interesting conversation with the fans.
