The LG G5 will be announced at the Mobile World Congress this year but some details about the LG G5 has already made its way out, like the reports about the LG G5 coming with a new Magic Slot.
There were a few guesses as to what the Magic Slot will be but nobody knew for sure until now. According to Venture Beat, the new Magic Slot on the LG G5 will allow the LG G5 to connect to a few other accessories to extend its function.
They added that the slot will be controlled by an App and the accessories will include batteries, digital audio chips as well as a camera grip. It is said that accessories like the Camera Grip will come with its own built-in battery and that the grip will come with buttons that will allow the users to zoom, flash, and snap pictures.
There were also talks about a VR headset coming from LG that might or might not be related to the Magic Slot.
