Following the release of Super Mario 3D World, fans of the classics thought it will be the end for the Super Mario Galaxy series. That is until yesterday when the producer, Miyamoto, came on stage and said otherwise.
Miyamoto assures fans that the 3D world is touches on the future of the series and what sort of direction does it intend to take. The producer declared that the 3D World might be great but is in no way comparable to the Galaxy Series.
Despite the fact that Mario 3D tool the world by storm with the addition of multiplayer gameplay and such, it does not mean the end for Mario Galaxy.
Miyamoto confirms that Nintendo will in fact; create yet another Super Mario Galaxy game in the near future. The producer confessed that there were bound to be confusion as Super Mario 3D Land was the direction the company wish to venture after creating Super Mario 3D World. It is never meant to replace Mario Galaxy.
With the producer bringing this to light, fans can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the all-time favourite classic is still well preserved and cared by Nintendo.
