The iPhone 6 is the next big thing to come from Apple and it is going to make its debut later this year. With the Samsung Galaxy S5 already making its mark on the market, the iPhone 6 is expected to offer more than what the S5 did.
Well, this year might just be Apple’s year with all the speculations and rumours on the iPhone 6 to come in two different sizes gets stronger by the minute. One of them will bear a 4.7” screen while the other is going to be a phablet that offers a 5.5” screen.
If this is true, then Apple will be rivalling the Samsung on every field. Both the Galaxy S and the Galaxy Note series will surely be shaken by the iPhone 6’s arrival. After all, a survey already confirms that there is a lot more of anticipation for the iPhone 6 than any other iPhones before it. This is partly due to the larger screen size that is coming with it.
As for the iPhone 6’s release date, the smaller 4.7” variant is expected to come first in September this year. The smaller iPhone 6 will be repeating the iPhone’s annual release pattern. The larger 5.7” iPhone 6 is tipped to arrive about a month later. This is due to Apple which focus on the production of the former before starting on the latter.
With so much great things to come with the iPhone 6, the price for the device is heavily linked to a hike. Tech analyst feels that the iPhone 6 will cost $100 more than its predecessor. This will make it the most expensive iPhone to date. Then again, the price increase could be parallel to the size increase of the device.
