While we have not heard from LG yet, rumors about the LG G5 have already suggested that the new LG G5 will be very different from the current LG G4. From design, specs, features and more, the LG G5 is looking to be a far more superior smartphone than the Lg G4 and now new rumors suggest that the new LG G5 will come with one more new feature.
According to Android Authority, the new and upcoming LG G5 will be coming in with a new display feature called the Always ON display and based on the information they have, it looks likes it is an upgraded version of the Glance View that we had on the LG G4.
While the LG G4 version will need to use your finger to slide the display down, the new Always ON display will be on all the time so users can check the time and notification without having to do anything.
While it does help make it more convenient for the users, having the display on all the time might also affect the battery life of the smartphone but we will have to wait and see before we give our verdict.
