This the first month the Games With Gold program to feature Xbox One games in the collection. This month introduces a total of five games, two for the Xbox One and three for the Xbox 360. The news came according to a post on Xbox Wire. You have to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription to be able to get these games for free.
The two games for Xbox One are “Max: The Curse of Brotherhood” and “Halo: Spartan Assault”. Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a beautifully designed side-scrolling platform game with an attractive story. You will play as a character named Max, obviously, who is trying to save his little brother from the clutches of a cartoonish villain named Mustacho. It is normally priced at $14.99. The second game needs no introduction, it’s Halo:Spartan Assault. The game features campaign, where you will fight Covenant forces in your UNSC Infinity, and online co-op where you will get the chance to compete alongside your friends to take down the Flood. Both games availability dates are not yet confirmed.
Xbox 360 games are Dark Souls, side-scrolling Charlier Murder and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition. Starting from June 1 to June 15, Dark Souls will be available for download and from June 16 to June 30, Charlier Murder and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition will take Dark Souls place.
