We won’t have to worry about how the Jeep Wrangler will look like this time around since Jeep will be sticking to the same recipe. While the Jeep Wrangler will be getting a whole list of upgrades, a new exterior design is not going to be one of it as Jeep decides to keep it around for a little while longer.
Spies shot taken of the underside of the Jeep Wrangler test mule reveal that the Jeep Wrangler will be coming in with new axles, geometry suspension as well as exhaust bits.
That is not all the changes as well. With the use of aluminum, the 2017 Jeep Wrangler will also come in with a much lighter body which means it will be a lot more fuel efficient now. The performance will also improve now that it weigh less.
It is believed that the Jeep Wrangler will be coming in with a Pentastar V6 engine and that the engine will be mated to a ZF-sourced eight-speed auto transmission.
