When Niantic first announce the Pokemon Go app, they hinted that players will be able to battle each other but all we got was gym battles. There were also talks about Pokemon Trading but that features ahs been missing as well.
While Niantics have constantly been upgrading the game, it did not feel like we were getting any closer to getting those features. However, according to John Hanke, the CEO of Niantic, they are still working on the features and that plans to offer it is still in place.
He also added that server issues were one of the reasons why one of the features is missing from the app. Although this is great news for the game, is anyone still playing the game?
While we wait for them to update the game, you can still log into the app and take part in the Valentine’s Day event to get yourself more candies.
