Despite that fact, rumours have led fans to believe that Fallout 4 is in the works but it is kept a secret. Today, Bethesda was spotted to be looking for play testers for their upcoming IPs which has put fans on overdrive.
It seems that the Fallout nation is feels that the test is for Fallout 4. On the ad, it does state that Bethesda is looking for individuals who are experienced with RPGs and FPS. Fallout is one franchise that combines both elements.
Of course there are those who are scrutinized by this and felt that the ad is meant for a possible Doom 4 or even Dishonoured 2.
While no details are being shared by Bethesda, there is no confirming on what the play-test is about. One can only hope for it to be Fallout 4.
