This is confirmed after the ‘Surface event’ invitation scheduled on May 20th got leaked on the internet. On another note, a case maker on Amazon has cited the Surface Mini to arrive on May 18th. This upcoming device is expected to run on Windows RT.
Looking at all the Surface tablets, most of them are relatively small in size and yet successful in sales. This could be due to the productivity aspect of it which most tech giants have failed to offer. On top of that, Surface tablets run on well-known hardwares like nVidia and Intel.
Like the PC, Acer, Asus, Dell, Lenovo and Toshiba will all take part in the tablet movement by creating a Windows tablet. Microsoft might be late but it is wrong to write off the company.
