H.H. Gregg is offering the 16GB version of the iPad Air for $459.99, which means that you make savings of $40. The iPad Air in the 32Gb and 64GB Wi-Fi has also seen the same amount dropped from the price tag.
There is a $20 discount on the 16GB iPad Mini, with the device coming in at $279.99 as opposed to $299.99.
Best Buy has also been offering deals. The retailer has dropped the price by $100 on the Apple iPad Air and the iPad Mini Retina. Instead of $529.99 for the cellular version and Wi-Fi version of the iPad Mini Retina, consumers now have to part with just $429.99. This same amount of discount applies to other variants, so the Apple iPad Air comes in at $529.99 and not $629.99.
The catch with the deals is that you do have to take out a new two year contract with Sprint, AT&T or Verizon.
The Apple Store is offering refurnished units of the iPad. THE 16GB iPad Air Wi-Fi is offered for $420 and the 32GB for $510. The tablets are pre-owned but they have a new battery and rear casing.
These drops in prices do seem to indicate that perhaps new versions of the iPad Air are making their way out soon.
