The crossovers from Audi have never failed to impress the masses as they all offer a mesmerizing performance and great luxuries. Come 2018, things are going to get more awesome for the Q-series as there is going to be an EV model coming out.
This was teased by Audi’s chairman, Rupert Stadler, in a speech yesterday. The lad claims that the company is on track to go full-board on EV crossovers and it is expected to be ready as early as late 2017.
The interesting bit is that the EV Q-series will have a driving range of at least 311 miles. This is really exciting since great driving range is what people want in EV cars.
Unfortunately, Rupert didn’t go into detail with the EV crossover that is in production. Since the car is due to arrive in 2018, we can expect Audi to spill the beans on the vehicle somewhere next year.
